NARC. Fest is the well-established musical arm of the Ouseburn Festival, a community festival which shines a light on the businesses and creative people living and working in the Ouseburn Valley. NARC. Fest is run by NARC. magazine – the region’s alternative music and culture magazine. Our audience is made up of people with an interest in art, theatre, music, comedy and alternative culture in the North East. NARC. Fest, a free entry event across several venues in the Ouseburn Valley, enables local people to gain access to music being created within the North East, and local bands and musicians the opportunity to perform at a well promoted and professionally run event. The line-up is curated by several promoters who regularly put events on in the region, giving them an opportunity to curate gigs under the banner of NARC. Fest and enjoy additional promotional benefits associated with the magazine, which enables them to gain more fans and wider reach for their future events.
