Get North Design Trail

Whilst we are not offering bookable trails for the Design Trail, the Winged Tales of the North outdoor street art trail through the Ouseburn Valley would be a lovely opportunity to explore with your children.

We would suggest the walk along with time to stop and discuss the pieces would take around 90 minutes and can be walked in either direction from the Stepney Bank / Stepney Road crossroads running along the river path to The Tyne Bar arches.
Please refer to our hazard ID sheet above for suggestions to add to your risk assessment, and plan appropriately for the weather and walking children along narrow paths.

The Ouseburn Valley has a whole host of activities for children that would make a lovely addition to your visit, including Seven Stories, Ouseburn Farm, and Victoria Tunnel, find out more.
